Structured Modular (F)ATPL IR Programme

For those who already know what their chosen career will be, the only question which remains is how to pursue it. The answer to that question always starts with the training.

Excellent training produces excellent pilots and at Flight Academy Wolverhampton we have devised a professional pilot training programme aimed at those with little or no previous experience which is designed to take you from zero experience to being the holder of a Frozen Airline Transport Pilots Licence with Instrument Rating.

A frozen ATPL becomes unfrozen when you reach 1500 hours total time with 500 hours multi-crew time also logged. Until that time it carries the same privileges as a CPL and so enables you to get your first commercial job, hopefully within a multi crew environment.

The programme follows a set syllabus of training and hour building over a carefully planned programme lasting a minimum of 18 months or a maximum of 60 months to suit your requirements.

Unlike other "Integrated" training providers who charge a vast premium and usually require a large amount payable upfront for this kind of course, we provide a "modular" course for around a half to a third of the cost, offering the same qualifications at the end of the course and to a highly professional standard.

We call this our Structured Modular Course.

How much will it cost?

The costs for our Structured Modular Course  are simple and totally flexible to suit your financial and practical needs. Using our course cost calculator below you will find the exact costs of your course inclusive of VAT;

As our modular course permits you to carry on working at your normal job whilst you train, (if desired) this negates the need to obtain a bank loan or other funding in order to conduct your training.

A full time commitment is advised but the training can be conducted around your normal working life if desired.

Landing fees and local accommodation are not included in the calculated monthly costs.
